This opportunity is a Lead Implementation Engineer role for a $21m funded AI start-up (currently 50 employees) developing an automation platform, effectively AI-as-a-service, that’s eradicating tedious work and allowing people to spend time doing the things they actually enjoy (imagine an admin-free worklife!)

As the platform continues to thrive in industries such as HealthTech and FinTech, this role has unlimited potential to progress into a company leader in the very near future. They closed their last funding round in March 2022 ($10M) giving them the opportunity to dramatically scale their engineering guild.

In the position you’ll be wearing a number of hats, from acting as the principal technical advisor to customers and ensuring that success is driven across their client portfolio. You’ll spend a heap of time interfacing with customers to craft and execute strategies for integration of their Automation platform which leverages various AI technologies. Your IC work will revolve around Python & DevOps tooling while maintaining constant contact with your clients and assisting with any queries your automation engineers may have.

You will be joining their CX team of 8, whereby as Lead, you will become the centerpiece of value for a platform at the forefront of innovation.

Right now, they’re flexible on compensation up to $180k, plus early stage equity along with unlimited PTO.

This a fully remote role, with their offices based in Chicago & Austin.
